Victor Sigoura
Chief Investment Officer
A founder of the NAFTALI GROUP, Mr. Sigoura has been building the company and has overseen all aspects of the NAFTALI GROUP’s activities, including strategic oversight and investment policy. As the GROUP’s Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Sigoura oversees all acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management, and is responsible for all new development origination and oversight of the development process.
Prior to working at the NAFTALI GROUP, Mr. Sigoura was the Executive Vice President of Development at Elad Properties. During his tenure, he was responsible for directing and overseeing all facets of Elad’s new developments valued at over $5 billion in a variety of sectors in the real estate industry.
Mr. Sigoura began his real estate career at Greenberg Traurig, LLP where he represented and litigated on behalf of real estate developers and opportunity funds.
Mr. Sigoura is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
