Eva Malachi
Vice President, Operations
Eva Malachi is the Vice President of Operations for the NAFTALI GROUP.
Mrs. Malachi is the heart of the GROUP's operations by maintaining the firm's existing relationships, as well as managing compliance and related operational issues. She brings her outstanding communication skills to running all human resource activities, including payroll, insurance and personnel.
Prior to joining the NAFTALI GROUP, Mrs. Malachi worked for Elad Properties for 8 years as the Chief of Staff to Miki Naftali. In that capacity, she headed the Human Resource Department and maintained the firm's partner communications. In addition, she oversaw contractors, compliance and broker relationships, and designed and edited budgets, property descriptions, zoning information and purchasing. Mrs. Malachi also prepared investor presentations and negotiated all office vendor accounts.
Mrs. Malachi brings an impressive array of education with her, including a Masters degree in Industrial Organization Psychology from Baruch College, and Bachelors from Rutgers University.
